GENERAL Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they will affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out in the terms which Induna Meats Limited makes the products available to you the customer.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales and any disputed will be decided by the English Courts only.
We reserve the right to inform you the Customer if for any reason that we are not able to supply the product ordered as stated in our delivery details to notify you (the customer) as to when we will be able to deliver the product.
PRICES Prices are correct on the website but we do reserve the right to change them at our discretion, but will not affect products that have already been ordered and paid for.
All our prices are inclusive of V.A.T. except for delivery charges when the V.A.T. is added in the Basket Check Out.
DELIVERY Delivery can be made to your home or to your work address. We do our best to secure delivery as set out by the Courier but shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery that is out of our control.
All parcels must be signed for by an Adult over 18 years of age. If no one is present to sign for the parcel the Courier may retain the parcel for another delivery slot but will leave notification of attempted delivery.

Standard Courier Charge £5.99 excluding V.A.T £7.19 including V.A.T
Next-Day £7.49 excluding V.A.T £8.99 including V.A.T
Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland Courier charges are a special quote, please contact us for details.
A contract is only formed between Induna Meats Ltd and you (the customer) once the product has been paid for and dispatched. Up to that point you (the customer) have the right to withdraw from your purchase of our Products.
Induna Meats Limited is not Licenced to send Biltong Internationally.
CANCELLATIONS Please email Induna Meats Limited on indunameatsltd@gmail.com to cancel your order. Cancellations are free of charge if requested within 24 hours of the order been placed, after 24 hours has lapsed there may be a charge for delivery/return of delivery.
PAYMENT Payment may be made by any card that is accepted by Paypal. You will be charged for your purchase prior to despatch. Known as one of the safest and widespread payment services available. Paypal assures us that your Card Details or Personal information will not be passed on, Sold or Rented in any way or form.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the Ordered products and the delivery charge Selected by you.
